Some research shows that dietary cholesterol coming from foods, including eggs, has less effect on blood cholesterol compared with saturated and trans fats coming from foods. Yet, this does not mean one should go crazy with eggs. Research continues and the 2015-2020 USDA Dietary Guidelines state that people should eat as little dietary cholesterol as possible.
